Company Overview

Phelps & Phelps Consulting, LLC was founded by President/Owner, Donald L. Phelps in April of 2003. Since then, Phelps & Phelps Consulting, LLC continues to grow each year and in 2010, now employ over 50 full time professionals. All of Phelps & Phelps management staff has in excess of 20 + years experience in the service industry.

Over the past nine years, Phelps & Phelps Consulting has performed construction management, general contracting, move management and staffing services for clients such as: Department of Labor, GW Hospital, Heart Lung & Blood, National Defense University at Fort McNair, Child Development Center at Fort Myers, DC Scores, CBRE, United States Air Force, GSA, Montgomery County Government, The National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the Department of Interiors in New Orleans, the Academy for Educational Development (AED), Amry Corp of Engineers, The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), VISA, and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) in various states.

We have worked with A&E firms on design-build projects for many of our clients. With the outstanding knowledge and skills that Phelps & Phelps’ Project managers and superintendents bring to a project, we have been awarded the largest lab construction project ever for NCI. Our move management services include labs, chemical moves, as well as office and mechanical shops moves. Our staffing services include medical, accounting, administration, mechanical and specialized labor.
