Born out of nearly twenty years of talent acquisition marketing, BigFish Recruiting is the most recent company founded by partners Brian and Kelly Bowman. Their first successful company (still managed) was LocalJobs.com - a local job board with a national footprint helping thousands of local and national clients find qualified candidates online.
