CareLink has had many successes, as reflected in our patient satisfaction surveys, which consistently rank in the 95-99% range in for positive responses oon all criteria.
CareLink currently discharges 61.1% of its patients to "community", which is greater than the national benchmark of 59% (community is defined as any place other than a skilled facility or another acute care facility). We return 14.6% of our patients to the acute care setting, compared to the national benchmark of 16.9%. We also discharge about 24% of our patients to long term care facilities, slightly higher than the national benchmark of 21.5% and our ventilator wean rate is currently at 50%, consistent with the national benchmark.
