Coding Manager for hospital located in Phoenix, AZ. Requires 5 years of current inpatient coding experience along with 3-5 years management experience.Requires RHIT/RHIA, CCS certification.Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with hospital personnel, medical staff, and subordinates. The individual must be able to multi-task and have high-level initiative; knowledge of coding principles. Must demonstrate knowledge and sound judgement when dealing with physicians and staff; demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.The Coding Manager oversees all ongoing coding activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures covering coding and reimbursement in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations.Salary: $26.00 per hour
