BENEFITS
Paid Time Off: PTO combines the benefit hours normally associated with vacations, holidays, short-term illness, and personal time off. PTO is accrued at the rate of .1000, .1192, .1385 (based upon length of service) for every regular hour paid. For example, if you work on a full-time basis and have 1-3 years of service (0-6,240 hours), you accrue PTO at the rate of 8 hours for every 80 regular hours paid. The accrual rate increases with length of service.
Sick Leave: SL is accrued at the rate of .0269 for each regular hour worked in the first 2,080 hours of employment, and .05 for each regular hour worked thereafter. Maximum accrual is 480 hours. SL covers illnesses beginning with the 4th scheduled day of disability and covers hospitalization from the first day.Health, Dental, Vision Insurance:
Choice of 4 health plans, 4 dental plans, and 1 vision plan. Coverage available for dependents.Life Insurance Coverage: Available for $10K, $50K or 1X, 2X, 3X, 4X or 5X annual pay.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment is available for $10K, 1, 2, 3, or 4 times annual pay. Limited amounts of dependent life insurance for your spouse and/or children are also available.
Retirement: Benefit is calculated at 4, 5, or 6% of annual compensation (%varies by age) with a guaranteed annual growth of 6%.
Long Term Disability: Income protection program for periods of extended illness or disability longer than 6 months. Coverage available at 40%, 50%, 60% or 66-2/3% of pay.
