Company History
October 27, 2011 – Springfield Service Corporation (SSC), specializing in revenue cycle management, and Laguna Medical Systems (LMS), specializing in health information management, are rebranding together as SPi Healthcare.
SSC and LMS have both been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. SSC acquired LMS in 2009 but both continued to operate independently using their original name. This rebranding gives an opportunity for the two companies to leverage their strengths and capabilities and offer a more comprehensive suite of solutions as SPi Healthcare.
